Insurance for Subleases. LESSEE will at all times carry the types of insurance and amounts of insurance (including deductibles) described in Exhibit C on a contingent basis during the term of any sublease of the Aircraft pursuant to Article 11. Prior to commencement of the sublease, LESSOR will receive certificates of insurance evidencing both the sublessee’s coverages and the LESSEE’s contingent coverages.
