Common use of Insurance for Tenant’s Work Clause in Contracts

Insurance for Tenant’s Work. During the performance of the Installation Work or other work done on or to the Premises, Tenant shall have and maintain in force public liability and property insurance, builder’s risk insurance covering Landlord, and workmen’s compensation insurance affording applicable statutory coverage and containing statutory limits, all in compliance with the provisions of Section 12.
