Common use of Insurance Hazards Clause in Contracts

Insurance Hazards. Tenant shall neither engage in nor give permission to others to engage in any activity or conduct that will cause the cancellation of or an increase in the premium for any fire or liability insurance maintained by Landlord, and will pay any increase in the fire or liability insurance premiums attributable to Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost, comply with all recommendations of any insurance organization or company pertaining to Tenant’s specific use of the Premises necessary for the maintenance of reasonable fire and public liability insurance covering the Project.
