Common use of Insurance Hazards Clause in Contracts

Insurance Hazards. Tenant shall not cause or commit, or permit the commission of, any actions or acts on the Premises, nor use or permit the use of the Premises in any manner that will increase the existing rates for, or cause the cancellation of, any insurance policy applicable to the Premises, the System, the Permitted Use and/or to Tenant’s operations hereunder.
