Common use of Insurance Independent of Exculpation and Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Insurance Independent of Exculpation and Indemnification. The insurance requirements set forth in sections 14.4-14.10 are independent of Tenant's exculpation, indemnification, and other obligations under this Lease and shall not be construed or interpreted in any way to restrict, limit, or modify Tenant's exculpation, indemnification, and other obligations or to limit Tenant's liability under this Lease.
