Common use of INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY Clause in Contracts

INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY. 8.1 The Company shall maintain in full force and effect during the term of the Programme such policy or policies of insurance as it considers reasonably appropriate to cover the risks associated with performance of the Programme, but which does not limit the amount that can be claimed in respect of a single claim for bodily injury and/or property damage to third parties including passengers and/or baggage and/or cargo to less than £15,000,000.
