INSURANCE, LIABILITY & INDEMNITY. 5.1 During the term of this Agreement or any renewal thereof, the Supplier and the Consumer shall, each at its own expense, maintain comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury, death and property damage (including products liability insurance) with a limit of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence.
