Insurance; Limitations of Liability. 11.1 During the term of the Agreement, Conga will, at its cost, maintain (a) industry standard insurance coverages, including, without limitation general commercial liability, worker’s compensation, and automobile policies, and (b) and any other insurance required by law in any state where Conga provides services under this Agreement. All policies will be written by reputable national insurance carriers.
