Common use of Insurance No Limitation Clause in Contracts

Insurance No Limitation. Insurance coverage required in this Agreement shall be additional security for the obligations assumed by Contractor and in no event shall the types or limits of coverage required be deemed to limit any obligations or liabilities assumed under this Agreement. The carrying of insurance shall not be deemed to release Contractor or in any way diminish its liability or obligations hereunder, by way of indemnity or otherwise.
