Insurance Obligations of the Participating County. The Participating County, at its own cost and expense, shall secure and maintain or cause to be secured and maintained from an insurance company or companies approved to do business in the State of California and maintain during the entire term of this Facility Sublease, the following insurance coverage for the Facility:
