Common use of Insurance of Client's Property Clause in Contracts

Insurance of Client's Property. 7.2.1 At the written request of the Client the Consultant shall make reasonable efforts to insure on terms acceptable to the Client: (a) against loss or damage to the property of the Client supplied or paid for under Clause 2.5; and/or (b) against liabilities arising out of the use of such property. 7.2.2 The cost of the insurances arising under this Clause 7.2 shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Consultant's fees.
