Insurance on Executive. The Executive hereby grants the Company the right to obtain insurance on the Executive’s life for the benefit of the Company in such amount as the Company shall deem necessary. The Executive agrees to execute all necessary documents and to submit to a physical in connection therewith. The cost or expense of such insurance shall not be charged to the Executive.
