Common use of Insurance opinion Clause in Contracts

Insurance opinion. an opinion from insurance consultants to the Agent in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and made at the cost and expense of the Borrowers, on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Ship to which the Relevant Advance relates, upon and following the Delivery Date of such Ship;
