Common use of Insurance opinion Clause in Contracts

Insurance opinion. an opinion (at the cost of the Borrower) from insurance consultants to the Bank on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Relevant Ship upon and following the drawdown of the Relevant Advance;
