Developer shall furnish to the City upon request proof thereof that all employees and contractors engaged in the construction of Improvements are covered by adequate Worker's Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance and shall require faithful compliance with all provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
