Insurance (Other than Business Interruption Insurance). During the Term of this Agreement, each of the Logistics Entity and the Refining Entity shall at all times carry and maintain, or cause to be carried and maintained, with reputable insurance companies reasonably acceptable to the other Party, with commercially reasonable insurance coverages and limits.
