Common use of Insurance (Other than Business Interruption Insurance) Clause in Contracts

Insurance (Other than Business Interruption Insurance). During the Term of this Agreement, each of Delek-Big Sandy anx Xxxek Refining shall at all times carry and maintain, or cause to be carried and maintained, with reputable insurance companies reasonably acceptable to the other Party, the insurance coverages and limits set forth on Exhibit C.
