(A) Each Obligor under the Related Receivables has obtained an insurance policy covering the Financed Vehicle as of the execution of such Receivable insuring against loss and damage due to fire, theft, transportation, collision and other risks generally covered by comprehensive and collision coverage, the Seller and its successors and assigns are named the loss payee or an additional insured of such insurance policy, such insurance policy is in an amount at least equal to the lesser of (i) the Financed Vehicle's actual cash value or (ii) the remaining Principal Balance of the Related Receivable, and each Related Receivable requires the Obligor to obtain and maintain such insurance naming the Seller and its successors and assigns as loss payee or an additional insured, (B) each Related Receivable that finances the cost of premiums for credit life and credit accident and health insurance is covered by an insurance policy or certificate of insurance naming the Seller as policyholder (creditor) under each such insurance policy and certificate of insurance and (C) as to each Related Receivable that finances the cost of an extended service contract, the respective Financed Vehicle which secures the Related Receivable is covered by an extended service contract. As of the related Cutoff Date, no Financed Vehicle is or had previously been insured under a policy of forced-placed insurance.
