(a) Schedule 4.27(a) contains a true, accurate and complete list of all in-force insurance policies issued by the Company as of May 31a date that is no later than three days prior to the date hereof. The list contains the effective date and expiration date of each insurance policy and the jurisdiction where each risk is located. The Company intends to cease issuing insurance policies not later than April 30, 20232022.
