The Master Collateral Agent, Borrower, or Subsidiary is in possession of the related Insurance Policy Files (and if the Insurance Policy Files are not in possession of the Master Collateral Agent, then Borrower has verified that the contents thereof are complete) for each Insurance Policy constituting Conveyed Property.
