Common use of Insurance Primary; Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Primary; Waiver of Subrogation. The basic coverage provided is primary and non-contributory with any insurance or self-insurance maintained by Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel, and the basic coverage insurer waives any and all rights of subrogation against Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel; and
