Common use of Insurance Provided by Company Clause in Contracts

Insurance Provided by Company. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, the Company shall obtain a directors and officers liability insurance policy covering all directors and officers of the Company, including Executive, which insurance policy shall provide adequate insurance coverage for each of such persons, as shall be approved by the Board. The Executive shall be entitled to such coverage while employed and thereafter while potential liability exists.
