Common use of Insurance Ratings Clause in Contracts

Insurance Ratings. The Seller shall take all action reasonably requested by Buyer to enable Buyer to succeed to the Workmen's Compensation and Unemployment Insurance ratings, insurance policies, deposits and other interests of the Seller with respect to the operation of the Hospital and other ratings for insurance or other purposes established by the Seller. Buyer shall not be obligated to succeed to any such rating, insurance policy, deposit or other interest, except as it may elect to
