Insurance Release and Indemnity. Insurance (a) The Licensee must obtain and maintain the insurance set out in Item 14 of Schedule 1 for the duration of the Term. (b) The Licensee must not do or permit anything to be done which may invalidate any insurance, make any insurance void or voidable or increase the rate of premium of any insurance of the School Council or any other person. (c) Within 10 Business Days of the Commencement Date, and upon each renewal of the insurance, the Licensee must provide the School Council with evidence of the currency of any insurance the Licensee is required to maintain under this Licence. (d) Clauses 21.1(a), 1.1(c), 21.2 and 21.3 do not apply if the Licensee is insured by VMIA or is a municipal council within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1989 (Vic) and is insured by Liability Mutual Insurance.
