A sum or sums of money equal to the amount or amounts which the Landlord shall from time to time be liable to pay in or in respect of effecting or maintaining the insurance of the Premises in accordance with the Landlord’s covenant contained in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 and all professional fees which the Landlord may from time to time incur in connection with the valuation of the Premises for insurance purposes but not more than once in any period of 36 months during the Term
