Common use of Insurance Report Clause in Contracts

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Yearcalendar year, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Yearcalendar year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal YearYear to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings the Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings the Company and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all changes from the immediately preceding Fiscal Year in respect of material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance or confirming no modification has been made to the coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries reported in the immediately succeeding preceding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings any Credit Party and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings any Credit Party and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent outlining all changes from the immediately preceding Fiscal Year in respect of material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Borrower and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance or confirming no modification has been made to the coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries reported in the immediately succeeding preceding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance detail reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining listing all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance detail reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining and the Requisite Lenders listing all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings Company and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

Insurance Report. As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;; -102-
