Common use of Insurance Report Clause in Contracts

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on each of the Owned Vessels, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgages in respect of such Vessels;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on each of the Owned VesselsNewbuilding, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgages Mortgage in respect of such VesselsVessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders Lender in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders Lender (at the cost of the Borrowers) in respect of the insurances on each of the Owned Vessels, Vessel which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders Lender and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgages relevant Mortgage in respect of such Vesselsthe relevant Vessel;
