Common use of Insurance Report Clause in Contracts

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders Lender in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders Lender (at the cost of the Borrower) in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding, Vessel which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders Lender and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such the Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders Lender in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders Lender (at the cost of the Borrowers) in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding, each Vessel which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders Lender and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the relevant Mortgage in respect of such the relevant Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on each of the NewbuildingOwned Vessels, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage Mortgages in respect of such VesselVessels;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on each of the NewbuildingVessels (other than “NAVIOS HYPERION”), which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage Mortgages in respect of such VesselVessels;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding“FANTASTIKS”, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such Vessel;; and

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding“NAVIOS HYPERION”, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding“NAVIOS ASTERIKS”, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuildingeach Advance H Vessel, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Advance H Mortgage in respect of such Advance H Vessel;

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the NewbuildingRelevant Vessel, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Additional Mortgage in respect of such Relevant Vessel;; and

Insurance Report. a written report from a maritime insurance consultant or broker acceptable to the Lenders in a form and content acceptable to the Lenders in respect of the insurances on the Newbuilding“NAVIOS AURORA I”, which report shall certify that such insurances are placed through or with insurance brokers and clubs, in amounts, covering risks and on terms acceptable to the Majority Lenders and that the same are in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage in respect of such Vessel;
