Common use of Insurance Report Clause in Contracts

Insurance Report. Substantially concurrently with the delivery of the financial statements provided for in Section 8.01(c), a report of a reputable insurance broker with respect to insurance policies maintained by the Credit Parties, as the Administrative Agent on its own behalf or on behalf of any Lender may reasonably request in writing from time to time.

Insurance Report.
