Common use of Insurance Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

The Borrower shall promptly notify the insurance carrier or agent therefor (with a copy of such notification being provided to the Administrative Agent) if there is any increase in hazard relating to the Project, suspension of construction, or transfer of ownership.
