Insurance Requirements Independent of Additional Obligations. Neither the providing of insurance by Vendor in accordance with this Agreement, nor the insolvency, bankruptcy or the failure of any insurance company to pay any claim accruing, will be held to relieve Vendor from any other provisions of this Agreement with respect to liability of Vendor or otherwise.
