Insurance Retentions, Requirements, Costs & Reserve. (a) Insurance procured under Section 6.01.B(1) may include Insurance Retentions. “Insurance Retentions” means deductibles or risk retention levels that are not in excess of the per occurrence limit for any loss or reserve established by Manager for the Hotel. This limit will be substantially similar to the limits for similar hotels participating in the blanket insurance programs.
