Common use of Insurance Software License Grant Clause in Contracts

Insurance Software License Grant. If You have properly licensed the Server Edition and/or the Cloud Server Edition and if the Server running such software has failed, Actian grants to You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable and revocable right to no more than three (3) limited consecutive terms of up to seven (7) consecutive days per term to use a replacement copy of such software provided by Actian (the "Insurance Software") in accordance with the applicable licenses granted herein. The Insurance Software contains a limiting device that will render it inoperable after the applicable term has expired.
