Common use of Insurance Special Provisions Clause in Contracts

Insurance Special Provisions. DB Contractor shall procure and keep in effect, or cause to be procured and kept in effect with DB Contractor as a named insured, as appropriate, insurance coverage in accordance with Section 3.5 of the General Conditions, and in accordance with the insurance policies, coverage, deductibles and limits specified therein.
