Insurances and Taxes. A. The Grantee shall procure and maintain at its expense, and require its Subrecipients, to procure and maintain, as appropriate, the following types of insurance, issued by companies acceptable to the Commonwealth and authorized to conduct such business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
