Common use of Insured Includes Clause in Contracts

Insured Includes. Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ City must be named as an additional insured and requires that the insurance carrier underwriting such coverage give the Landlord thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation of or material alteration to the policy. Landlord requires that Tenant provide Landlord with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the coverage in effect, including limits and expiration date. Such policy or policies shall be maintained in full force and effect during the term of the lease, and renewals or extensions of same.
