INSURED’S DUTY TO TAKE CARE. The Insured shall fulfil any legislative duty intended to defend the public against safety deficiencies arising out of faults in Products which the Insured Manufactures and shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the Products Manufactured by him are proper and safe.
