Common use of INSURED'S REPRESENTATIONS Clause in Contracts

INSURED'S REPRESENTATIONS. Each Owner represents that with respect to its Property listed on Schedule A to this policy on the inception date hereof, and as of the date any Property is added to Schedule A to this policy, it is aware of no fact or circumstance, or any actual or threatened Condemnation, which might reasonably be expected to lead to Lease termination as to that Property or to a claim under this policy. By acceptance of this policy, the Insured agrees that the statements in the Declarations, any application for this policy and any materials submitted in connection with such application for coverage under this policy are its representations; that this policy is issued in reliance upon such representations; and that this policy embodies all the agreements between the Insured and the Company relating to this insurance.
