Insurer Defense Costs. Each of the Trust, the Depositor, the Seller and the Servicer acknowledges Section 4.6 of the Trust Agreement and agrees that the Trust shall reimburse the Insurer for all Insurer Defense Costs pursuant to Section 4.6(d) of this Agreement and Section 2.8(a) of the Indenture.
