Insurer Undertaking. The Insurer hereby agrees that, for a period of five years hereafter, the Insurer will furnish to the Underwriters or the Seller, upon request and at the expense of the Underwriters or the Seller, as the case may be, copies of the Insurer's most recent financial statements (annual or interim, as the case may be) prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (subject, as to interim statements, to normal year-end adjustments) within a reasonable time after they are available.
