Common use of Insurer’s Notice Clause in Contracts

Insurer’s Notice. All insurance required hereunder shall provide that coverage may not be canceled by the insurer without thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to each party ((10) days’ prior written notice for non-payment of premium). Each party shall be furnished with insurance certificates evidencing such insurance as of the date hereof and as of each renewal date. Each party shall also be furnished with copies of the policies. Receipt of any such certificate or policy shall not constitute acceptance thereof nor waiver of Owner’s responsibilities hereunder.
