Intake Decision Making and Assessment a. Referrals. County shall be available 7 days a week during the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm PT for intake services. (1) During the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm PT, County shall only accept referrals directly from the ODHS Residential Resource Coordinator (RRC) or designee. (2) If applicable, County shall accept after hour referrals, after 5:00 pm PT Monday -Friday and all weekend hours, directly from the RRC or designee , or the ODHS Child Welfare branch offices. (3) All referrals must include a 1055 or if a 1055 is not available, sufficient information for County to assess appropriateness of placement. If an after-hours referral and placement is made, the ODHS caseworker will make contact with County by next business day. In the event that contact is not made, County shall communicate this to the RRC to facilitate the required contact.
