Intangible Transition Property Documentation. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Serviced Intangible Transition Property and to reduce administrative costs, the Servicer shall keep on file, in accordance with its customary procedures, all documents relating to the Intangible Transition Property, including copies of the Qualified Rate Order and all documents filed with the PUC in connection with any Intangible Transition Charges Adjustment (collectively, the "Intangible Transition Property Documentation").
