Common use of Integral Part of Plan Clause in Contracts

Integral Part of Plan. Each of the provisions set forth in this Plan with respect to the settlement, release, discharge, exculpation, and injunction for or with respect to Claims and/or Causes of Action are an integral part of this Plan and essential to its implementation. Accordingly, each Person or Entity that is a beneficiary of such provision shall have the right to independently seek to enforce such provision and such provision may not be amended, modified, or waived after the Effective Date without the prior written consent of such beneficiary.
