Common use of Integrated Account Clause in Contracts

Integrated Account. For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the Fund's obligations to the Custodian or its assignee, and balances in the Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's obligations under this Section 7. The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

Integrated Account. For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the Fund's ’s obligations to the Custodian or its assignee, and balances in the Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's ’s obligations under this Section 7. The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn. 8.

The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account for a Fund maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts for that Fund is overdrawn.

Integrated Account. For purposes hereof, deposits of a particular Fund maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the such Fund's obligations to the Custodian Custodian, or its assignee, and balances in the such Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's obligations under this Section 78. The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances of such Fund in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

Integrated Account. For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in U.S. Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the Fund's obligations to the Custodian Custodian, or its assignee, and balances in the such Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's obligations under this Section 7. The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the FundBank's obligations to the Custodian Global Sub-custodian, or its assignee, and balances in the such Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the FundBank's obligations under this Section 7. The Custodian Global Sub-custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

Integrated Account. For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the Fund's ’s obligations to the Custodian or its assignee, and balances in the Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's ’s obligations under this Section 7. The Subject to Section 17, the Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.

The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account maintained hereunder for the account of any Fund to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts of such Fund is overdrawn.

For purposes hereof, deposits maintained in all Principal Accounts held for a particular Fund (whether or not denominated in Dollars) shall collectively constitute a single and indivisible current account with respect to the Fund's obligations to the Custodian or its assignee, and balances in the Principal Accounts shall be available for satisfaction of the Fund's obligations under this Section 7. The Custodian shall further have a right of offset against the balances in any Agency Account held for a particular Fund maintained hereunder to the extent that the aggregate of all Principal Accounts is overdrawn.
