Common use of Integrated Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integrated Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement, together with the exhibits hereto, constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the CEO and the Company with respect to the subject matter contained herein and therein and there are no agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among the CEO and the Company with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or therein. No amendment or addition hereto will be deemed effective unless agreed to in writing by the parties hereto.
