From and after the Effective Date, this Agreement shall supercede the Seller Employment Agreement and any other employment or severance agreement or arrangement among the parties or Seller and its affiliates and Executive shall not be eligible for severance benefits under any plan, program or policy of the Company or the Seller or their affiliates or pursuant to the Seller Employment Agreement.
