Common use of Integrated Agreement and Subsequent Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integrated Agreement and Subsequent Amendment. The Loan Documents, and the other agreements, documents, obligations, and transactions contemplated by this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Lender and Borrower with respect to the subject matter of these agreements, and may not be altered or amended except by written agreement signed by Lender and Borrower. All prior and contemporaneous agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties to this Agreement as to the subject matter of this Agreement, are, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, rescinded.
