Common use of INTEGRATED CORE PRACTICE MODEL Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CORE PRACTICE MODEL. The Integrated Core Practice Model is a statewide effort that sets practices and principles for children/youth served by both the child welfare and the mental health system that promotes a set of values, principles, and practices that is meant to be shared by all who support children/youth and families involved in the child welfare system, including, but not limited to education, probation, regional centers, drug and alcohol services, and other health and human services agencies or legal systems with which the child/youth is involved. Contractor will collaborate and communicate with partner agencies utilizing the values of Integrated Court Practice Model Practice Behaviors, attached and herein incorporated as Attachment C.
