Integrated Day Services must be individually. selected and designed by the service recipient through person-centered planning and include the services and supports necessary to allow individuals to participate in an array of group and non-group, structured and unstructured, activities and to facilitate meaningful choice by individuals with I/DD between group and non-group activities and structured and unstructured activities.
