Integrated Properties. On the Rent Commencement Date for each Property, such Property and the applicable property subject to a Ground Lease shall constitute (and for the duration of the Term shall continue to constitute) all of the equipment, facilities, rights, other personal property and other real property necessary or appropriate to operate, utilize, maintain and control a Permitted Facility in a commercially reasonable manner.
